Additional Wrestler(s) - $60 each

Registration Information

If you would like to register for the Spring Off Season the printable registration form is available below. Blank registration forms will be available at practice if preferred. Completed forms can be turned in at the sign in table. 

   Prince William Wrestling Club organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for the purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 c. (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
